As of 1 January 2021, the United Kingdom has left the Single Market and the Customs Union, as well as all the Union’s policies and international agreements.

The free movement of people, goods, services and capital between the United Kingdom and the European Union is no more. This has given rise to many questions and doubts that affect both UK residents and visitors to the province of Alicante and Spanish people who wish to travel to the UK. On this website, we will endeavour to answer them all as clearly as possible.

The Provincial Council of Alicante, through the International Residents Department, has set up this information channel. We hope you will find it very useful.
